Privacy Policy

What we collect

Waitlist email addresses. If you join the Playbook waitlist, we store the email you give us, the time you gave it, and the country your request came from. That's the whole record. We use it to send you launch updates about the Playbook and nothing else.

Purchases. When the Playbook goes on sale, checkout is handled by our payment providers (Payhip and Stripe). Your payment details go to them, not us; their privacy policies govern that data. We receive your email and order details so we can deliver what you bought.

Nothing else. This site runs no analytics trackers, no advertising pixels, and no third-party scripts. Embedded YouTube videos are served through YouTube's privacy-enhanced player.

What we don't do

We don't sell, rent, or share your email with anyone. We don't buy data about you. We don't track you around the internet.

Your choices

Want off the list or want your data deleted? Email [email protected] from the address in question and it's done, usually same day. You can also reply "unsubscribe" to anything we send.

Where data lives

Waitlist data is stored with Cloudflare (our infrastructure provider). Purchase records live with Payhip and Stripe. We are based in Alberta, Canada, and comply with Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) and anti-spam law (CASL).
